At Gomez Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, hats, or apparel don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Prepare the Package

    Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping box.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
